They have two dinner sets - one Japanese and one Western. The Western set came with a soup, which we decided to pay 20$ more to try the lobster bisque. However, despite the decent amount of lobster in the soup, it tasted very diluted and we sent it back.  Instead, we tried the onion soup, which was quite tasty. The Japanese set came with a fish soup, a much smaller portion that the Western set with a pathetic piece of fish in the soup. It also came with a few pieces of yam as an appetiser, which was not so appetising.
We had the Chicken Teriyaki, which didn't have any teriyaki sauce. The chicken was bland but at the very least had crispy skin. It came with only five small pieces of chicken, which for 248$ definitely isn't very value-for-money.

We also ordered a Crab-Meat Beetroot Risotto which, besides the crab meat, was pretty flavour-less. It did come with a good portion though, definitely enough for a hungry eater.

The star of the show was the 490$ 340g Striploin Steak, which was packed full of flavour, was tender and juicy, and was cooked just to our liking. Their mashed potatoes with truffle was also delicious, for 40$ is not a bad addition to the steak. However, you're probably better off going to a proper steakhouse, where you can get an even better steak for possibly even cheaper.
LOCATION & ENVIRONMENT: 5/5
Very convenient. It's right inside CitySuper at Times Square, easy to get to using public transport and easy to find. Since it's pretty far away from most of the crowd, the restaurant has a quiet and relaxed ambience, despite the massive crowds at Times Square on a Sunday night. The restaurant was pretty much empty, dismal for a Sunday night.
DINING EXPERIENCE: Service - 5/5, Wait Time - 1/5
The staff were quite friendly and courteous, with the manager coming to our table once in a while to check on the food. However, the food took very long to come. The soups came out quite quickly, but each of the mains took 30-45mins to arrive. The manager told us it was because the chefs would only thaw the food when it is ordered, probably because all their food comes from CitySuper itself. He even told us that for certain dishes, others on the table would already be at dessert but the dish would not be served yet. Quite concerning.

Other Info. : I would not recommend this place. Despite the good service, the high price, poor taste and long wait times make it not worthwhile.
