A lot of thoughts must’ve gone behind the coffee selection.
My flat white from Columbia bean has a unique fruity aftertaste. My friend’s hand drip coffee from Ethiopia bean has jasmine flavor with a very subtle earl grey aroma.
Coffee always taste better with some sweet cakes. The chiffon cake and matcha rolled cake look really lovely. But was quite disappointed at the hojicha chiffon cake that is very dense and cakey, lacking the airy lightness a chiffon cake should be. The matcha rolled cake is moist but the matcha flavor is mellow and more on the sweet side. I guess we can skip the cake and focus on coffee here.
