🥂Oyster 宮城縣珠姬生蠔
I am not a fan of Japanese oyster but this was an exception. Smaller in size compared with other Japanese oysters, it also tasted a lot sweeter and lighter. My only complaint was why just one?

🥂Bonito 幻星鰹
This type of bonito is rarely seen so I felt so lucky to have it and it definitely wowed me. Its fattiness is comparable to toro but with a crispy exterior. It became my second favourite fish after toro.

🥂Anglerfish Liver 鮟鱇魚肝
It was served warm to avoid any fishy taste from it and matched well with the smooth steamed egg beneath. The yuzu gave a nice aroma and a smooth taste to it.

🥂Slow-cooked Black Abalone 慢煮黑鮑
Again, black abalone is rarely seen. It’s fresh and bouncy with egg yolk sauce on top. Simple yet luxurious.

The silver cod fish was seared to a slightly brown skin and it’s really smooth in texture. Great combination with the egg together.

Not only were the sashimi and the grilled dishes great, but also the nigiri section. I actually couldn’t find my favourite nigiri as every piece was well balanced with fresh ingredient and was equally delicious.

Didn’t know that 水魚 is a type of turtle before and it has a jelly texture that resembles fish maw. Immediately warmed our stomach after this.

After all it was a memorable experience and I couldn’t remember how many glasses of Sake I had. The staff and chefs were all so welcoming and ultimately had fun together. Thanks for an amazing evening. Can’t wait for me next return.❤️
