Today, at around 1330hrs, me and my friends were passing by the restaurant and wanted to check out the lunch menu.While four of us stood just right in front the reception desk, and a foreign look man with suit on ( believed was the manager) just kept staring at his IPad but without gave any proper attention to the customers in front of him, what’s more interesting was another female waitress just headed out, but she acted like she didn’t noticed anyone in front of the desk and started chatting w
While four of us stood just right in front the reception desk, and a foreign look man with suit on ( believed was the manager) just kept staring at his IPad but without gave any proper attention to the customers in front of him, what’s more interesting was another female waitress just headed out, but she acted like she didn’t noticed anyone in front of the desk and started chatting with the manager endlessly.
After stood there for around a minute and asked for the menu politely , we left, as no one even gave us response at all. These kind of irrespective attitude was quite rude and unprofessional and unbelievable. Please be noted the restaurant just half full atm…
Hiring such kind of staffs was totally disaster, these kind front lines staff can cause the restaurant to lose potential customers within
5 mins. Wow, good luck to the boss of the restaurant ……
A restaurant opening in Wanchai, but with such kind of disappointing service, and discriminatory behaviour towards Chinese, it’s unbelievable. This restaurant is driving people away, I normally don’t bother to write a comment, but with this kind of bad attitude towards, it’s worth my efforts to warn people about this restaurant.
Who say ppl can’t just the content by the books cover, this restaurant will widen your horizons with its poor quality staffs.
