Ordered an iced bubble tea. The temperature turned out to be lukewarm even though i requested an ice drink.The tea itself tasted like water and there was also not enough milk at all.The bubbles were not chewy and they sticked together to form a giant ball and could barely go through the straw.I enquried with the staff and got a blunt reply of "All our drinks are like that. If you don't like them, there is nothing that we can do.Overall a horrible experience.
