I visited the place around 330pm. After a quick look, I decided to try their keynote burger, the 360g burger, with spicy dressing, couple with coke zero. It took about 20 minutes for the burger to arrive. The big guy looked pretty nice. The meat was about an inch thick, and really tempting for me to bite. But after the first two bites, I realized the meat was 100% well done! And the result was dry, hard, no taste of beef. I stop and ask the guy who took my order. He told me most customer prefer

He told me most customer prefer well done!! I said he should at least ask before he cook. I hate to waste and end up with a stomach full of hard meat and discontent.
