We were a group of 10 and came here for dinner. My friend reserved a private room in advance. We arrived half an hour early and was seated right away. We ordered 2 soup bases. I don't know what the other side ordered, but my side had the beef briskets with tomatoes and potatoes. I expected the base to be a thick tomato soup, but it was clear with only a few pieces of tomatoes
. The soup base is the soul of a hot pot dinner. This definitely disappointed me.

Since we had 10 people, we were able to order many dishes. Some of which were the $10 beef special, fried tofu skin, beef cubes, napa cabbage, fish dumplings, mushroom mix, black tripe, cheese stuffed beef balls, pork/beef/squid ball mix, udon, squid paste w/ crab roes, etc. The beef didn't have any taste. I thought the cheese stuffed beef balls were gross. I hated the cheese inside. The only thing I enjoyed was the fried tofu skin.

There wasn't anything special. The food was definitely forgettable. We did get complimentary watermelons and oranges, but that alone couldn't bring me back for a 2nd time.
