To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Extremely horrible customer service. Nasty and unprofessional waiters. Very disappointed in their food and service, will never come back again.非常極之差的服務態度和食物，間店一開始係中環開嘅時候好多人排隊本來仲非常期待但係去到食之後唔好食再加上服務態度真係好差非常差。雖然價錢係比起其他拉麵平少少但係寧願貴少少食其他拉麵都有唔會再返嚟呢度食。

非常極之差的服務態度和食物，間店一開始係中環開嘅時候好多人排隊本來仲非常期待但係去到食之後唔好食再加上服務態度真係好差非常差。雖然價錢係比起其他拉麵平少少但係寧願貴少少食其他拉麵都有唔會再返嚟呢度食。
