Extremely Impressed (and Without Much MSG)!!

Finally got the chance to try this restaurant as it has been on my list for a long time. The group of us ordered:- 滷水鵝肉: big portion with enough pieces of 鵝肉 to share- 蠔餅: very nicely done; not oily and full of 蠔- 胡椒豬肚湯: very 胡椒 and 豬肚 very good- 煎"倉"魚: very nicely cooked- 肉餅: worst dish of the night (compared to all the excellent dishes), probably since it isn't really 潮州- 清心丸綠豆爽: not too sweet; wish it had more 清心丸- 白果芋泥: only had a small bite as it's very heavy, but it isn't too sweetI'll de
