Extremely long wait, undercooked pizza

Placed takeaway order via Open Rice and waited for 1.5 hrs to pick up my orders which were two pizzas, two salads and a fries.When I ate the first slice of pizza and found out it’s undercooked, the base was pale. While salad was dried without any dressing.It’s such a disappointment and will not try again.
