The shopkeeper told us that the shop was owned by a former head pastry chef of certain famous hotel. She let us tried a little piece of palmier which is their best seller. It was topped with salted egg yolk, creative and tasty! Yet, we didn’t purchase any of that but two little cakes instead.

This green apple is actually cheesecake stuffed with chopped apple. The cheesecake is not too dense nor too sweet, just perfect eating together with the sweet apple dices.

This is not any ordinary penna cotta. It is of corn flavour! Such a refreshing and creative cuisine. The texture was smooth enough. This chilled dessert must be a perfect match with a cup of coffee. Unfortunate, Meltyplace doesn’t serve any drink.
