裝修一流,F&B 不入流Prawn Cocktail: 完全感受到係用咗新鮮急凍蝦咬落去完全冇爽彈、死氣沉沉再配上各大自助餐都會有嘅Cocktail Sauce 完全誠意欠奉、突顯不到餐廳對自己對該道菜的特色「劣」Steak Tartare : 味道不夠,聲稱法國做法但酸瓜欠奉,應該要加多少少黑胡椒,牛肉極難咀嚼,沒有任何牛肉味「差」蟶子:大家只要到街市買一條新鮮嘅蟶子皇切碎,輕輕灼一灼,加上番茜,橄欖油,少少檸檬皮、你都可以做到龍蝦: 同蟶子皇一樣大家屋企都可以做到Prime Rib : 應該有慢煮,全晚稍為最好食,可惜欠缺細心、牛扒食食吓會凍,應該用一個暖碟上保持溫度…..Wine list 就連我飲酒初哥都覺得種類不夠,直接影響Somm
