The main ordered fish, fish is 實整, 有口感,魚肉一絲絲， not 鞋, not 滑either, like 唔滑既雞比肉絲.used too much salt and 胡椒seasoned, first few pieces are ok, but later found it salty, the outside used flour and grilled to crispy, but have some 麵糊soaked and turned soft, fish also matched with guacamole, it is fresh and rich in flavor, I tried making this sauce at home, but failed and diarrhea... this one is refreshing with coriander.
The environment is quiet and big, comfortable, but it needs some more fresh air.
