Came for a dinner with some friends, first time here. Menu was preordered:公 館 四 小 碟雕皇醉雞 , 七味脆豆腐 ,川色皮蛋 ,秘汁牛展蜜 糖 豆 舞 茸 菌 炒 蝦 球姬 松 茸 蟲 草 花 燉 螺 頭清 蒸 海 星 斑野 菌 安 格 斯 肥 牛 粒招 牌 炸 子 雞魚 湯 蕃 茄 浸 白 菜 苗松 露 野 菌 炆 伊 麵時 令 鮮 果 拼 盤冰 糖 脆 麻 花Their starters are quite nice. I like their 牛展 in particular. Very nicely cooked! Meaty, hot and sweetly flavored with strong 花雕taste. For mains, I like the 蜜 糖 豆 舞 茸 菌 炒 蝦 球, love the fungi which matches well with the shrimp balls! And of course the soup, clear and Tasty 姬 松

Was slightly disappointed by their dessert, which uses wun ton skin to do their 麻花... it looks orangy which is not how it is normally like and it’s no good to my taste at all...
Overall, i think it’s fairly priced with its convenient location where u get 2 free hours of parking at the hotel for eating at the restaurant.
