Fake opening hours

I went to this cafe two days in a row around 12-12.30pm but it was not open for business on BOTH days because the person-in-charge was late for work. Very ridiculous given that opening hours are at 11am. And there is no notice whatsoever, they even laid out the menu at the shop front. And for two days in a row!! Never returning again, since they dont seem to want to do business. 😡😡😡
