I personally doesn't like fish much, to satisfy my friend's crave, I will just give it a shot.I ordered the potato starch noodle in tomato soup base topped with Chinese cabbage and black fungus. Tomato soup base was incredibly flavourful. Very tomato but not too sour or thick. Well balance of the sweetness and tanginess. Fish was soft and literally melted in your mouth. Noodle was ad dante and perfectly coated with the soup. Even absorb well the soup, it didn't end up soggy. Overall, a surprise

Overall, a surprise that a person doesnt like fish could finish the whole bowl saying pretty good.
