The Sous Vide Hanger Steak was paired with Chives, Black Garlic Aioli and Fried Garlic Chips.  The sliced hanger steak was tender and packed with flavour, the black garlic aioli was surprisingly pleasant with sweet and earthy garlic flavour, it’s a perfect match with the steak for sure.

It’s the Spaghetti with Onsen egg with Shichimi on top.  I like the runny texture of the egg yolk which mixed with the pasta, the shichimi simply gave a spicy kick to the dish.
