To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實已經黎過無數次, 只係冇寫食評今日櫬冇約親戚就一於寫一寫喇每枱都有一盤honey roasted 合桃, 味道不過不失, 作餐前小食止口痕都唔錯隨意點咗五個點心同一個豉油皇炒闊麵叉燒酥:個皮唔係脆嘅, 係偏粉狀, 味道不過不失南瓜素餃: 南瓜茸只有少量, 味道唔出蝦嘅味道鮮甜爽口, 粉皮厚薄相宜, 無"粉感"清清淡淡蒸粉菓: 賣相唔太吸引, 但味道可是不錯的外面嘅"皮"似腸粉, 好滑, 同豉油食簡單有好味內裡嘅係豬肉, 豬肉裡面有紅蘿蔔絲,同...唔記得咗好味叉燒: 我好鍾意食叉燒㗎, 呢到嘅叉燒ok的, 唔係話好好味 唔韌, 肥瘦適中, 有花生係底素菜餃: 無特別, 同之前食嘅差不多煎腸粉: 煎到外面微脆, 好似日式年糕咁 我唔鍾意食年糕所以...我覺得唔好食豉油皇炒闊麵: 已經叫少油, 但仲係油都爆 非常之油, 食完個嘴唇"蠟蠟令" 偏鹹, 西米布甸: 要15分鐘局, 所以要預早order. 我家姐鍾意食, 但我覺得太流, 太重蛋味
