Chickee's was a food stall that caught our eye. It served pasta and wings. But it was the stuffed potatoes that interested boyfriend.Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. We chose the Mentaiko Seafood Salad Potato ($26). It looked really beautful! They had peeled the potato skin, coated it in panko and deep fried it! It was stuffed a mentaiko seafood salad that included shrimp, mini scallop and squid. A bit surprisingly posh for a food court item. All topped with nori. This was really delicious. The potato was creamy. The filling delicious and fresh. Definitely be back for this and probably one of the best things I've had in this food court in a long time!
