In Whampoa area, we decided to walk to the ferry area and discovered there was a NOC Coffee. There seem to be so many branches! Tired, we decidecided to go in for a break. We shared an Egg Tart ($18) as it looked delicious. And wow! Was it delicious! The pastry was buttery and flakey. The custard was divine. Sweet and smooth. It was a tall standing egg tart so you get a lot of custard.
I ordered a Latte ($40). As it was near closing, they served it in a paper cup. The coffee was ok. Latte art was a bit too foamy and there was a bit too much milk. I wonder if it's due to being rushed to close that this happened as I usually find a fairly decent cup of coffee from them.
