Mr. Taco Truck is, without question, the best and most authentic Mexican restaurant in Hong Kong. (Places like Taco Loco and ¡Caramba! have their charms, but they are decidedly "American Mexican", and can't hold a candle to Mr. Taco Truck.) Mr. Taco Truck is, without question, the best and most authentic Mexican restaurant in Hong Kong. Everything - from the tortillas to the salsa to the horchata - is obviously freshly made, and the whole menu is worth sampling.

This is their second location (the original being in Quarry Bay), and I was concerned that there might be a drop in quality, but there absolutely is not. The food is magnificent, the staff are friendly and attentive, the environment is bright and fun, and it takes all my willpower to not go back there every day. Highly recommended!
