We were absolutely starving by the time we started eating and when the starters came, we wolfed down everything in minutes!! We were so glad that the service was so fast and efficient as after we were done with a dish, the attentive waiters came quickly to clear our plates and bring out our next dish. For the mains we got lobster e-fu noodle And Iberico pork belly and pork neck. The lobster was fresh and the sauce was mildly creamy but full of the freshness of seafood. 😋😋 the pork belly and pork neck was delicious as the neck was chewy and belly was fatty that it just melts! The curry pumpkin purée was sharp thanks to the taste of its spices but even then, it complemented the meat extremely well. I liked it so much that I finished the purée before the meat 🤣
For dessert we had Thai milk tea lava croissant and bird nest coconut egg white and red beans. I was pretty excited for the milk tea lava croissant as it was actually this that made me want to come here in the first place 😜 I quite liked how rich the milk tea taste was but I’m a huge fan of Thai milk tea haha! The steamed egg white was firm and thick but tasted more on the mild side until you eat it with the red beans to bring out the whole favour of the dessert.
