To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I constantly prefer going to local restaurants instead of fast food chain, but obviously I hv absolutely no choice here at all... dun get me wrong, I still like going to chain store, normally for takeaway only (when I need it really fast) maybe I should start writing those too.

anyway, I am commenting this in comparison to other same chain stores that I hv experienced. and yes.. i typically order similar food..

finally note.. i love it when I sat down, someone politely asked me if I need tea or water.. and half way through, the hv politely clear mt trash without disturbing me... service definitely a plus for chain store.
