To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

This is a good speed Restaurant I can tell. it got high speed transportation food train to deliver your sushi straight to your seat and you can just pick up.you have the tablet menu to order and you can just click and simply wait for your food.no need to talk or chat with anyone. you can also put headphone on while you ordering and eating. absolutely cool style.price is good, each dish is not that expensive and very reasonable. they serve in very high and good speed. I wonder is it a fast food J

price is good, each dish is not that expensive and very reasonable. they serve in very high and good speed. I wonder is it a fast food Japanese restaurant..haha....place is very clean and with tissue and hot water serving. decoration is fine and nice.

for high speed eater, you can think about it.
