話說蕃薯Uncle於同一個星期內,睇到兩份報紙不約而同地介紹大坑新店「Porkcentric」嘅中歐菜,好自然地就叫小肥安排大食會一試。地舖外牆嘅紅磚設計延伸至內牆,裝潢帶點鄉村風味。用餐大堂開揚寬廣,疫情下餐桌均以膠板間開,無奈椅背矮矮兼有窿嘅餐櫈唔好坐又冇位放隨身物,長輩們都話好唔舒服。西餐廳內側位置設有個酒吧區。全店下午三點起為歡樂時光,指定飲品及小食於餐廳區至旁晚七時同樣有特價優惠。三大個精釀手工啤嘅金屬酒桶吊於天花橫樑上,甚有睇頭。眼見歡樂優惠一率$58/杯,XO仔一於試齊三款手工啤,可惜飲落似果汁汽水多過啤酒,只可以話唔係自己杯酒囉!餐廳內,七點後嘅酒品只可從兩頁飲品牌中點選。不時會轉嘅生啤款式則全列於黑板上。一大頁英文餐牌勁多字,細佬飲咗酒酒只係想睇圖,所以點菜全權交由哥哥同契妹包辦。雲石餐桌上擺有自用嘅餐具。Pork Rillettes, plum jam & sourdough($88):豬肉抹醬色澤粉嫩,肥瘦均勻,淨食會覺得咸咗少少,不過黏上伴配嘅梅醬後,再塗上酸種麵包件上,食落即有中和之效。Pig Ear Chips, yuzu salsa verde($78):
