My all time favourite pasta spot in Hong Kong to date! For starters, we had their Homemade meatballs and beef tartare. Meatballs and tomato sauce are truly a match made in heaven, such a hearty and comforting dish. I love that their meatballs are relatively lean, might not be as satisfying for some but absolutely perfect for me 😉 As for the beef tartare, I quite liked the addition of sliced mushrooms, cheese crispy and red radish, which added to both the texture and flavour profile of the dish.

Their Tagliolini Truffle was absolutely phenomenal and my favourite pasta of the evening. It had a beautiful aroma of fresh truffle😍 I loved the cheese shavings which melted into a creamy sauce with a delicious savoury kick, and their handmade pasta, with a chewy bouncy eggy texture, just tied everything together perfectly😋
We also had the Chitarra King Prawn 🦐, al dente squid ink pasta served with two huge king prawns, both with a bouncy texture and a sweet aftertaste. I loved that mild hint of seafood flavour peeping through the tomato-based sauce, which kept me reaching for one mouthful after another😍
Our third choice was the Orecchiette ‘Nduja, the orecchiette had such a fun shape which held on to the sauce really well, it was aso chewier than the tagliolini and chitarra Its cheesy sauce with blobs of Italian sausage was very hearty and satisfying though definitely on the filling side.
Their tiramisu has remained my favourite to date. Perfect ratio between that beautifully rich creamy mascarpone and the soft moist lady fingers sandwiched in between.😍 Their panna cotta is also beautifully made, silky and smooth though I am definitely more of a tiramisu kind of girl😉
