Favourite Siu Mei in HK!

I was really lucky to be taken to this siu mei shop 2 years ago and since then I cannot count how many times we have been back! The char siu bbq pork is sooo good. I usually order 1/2 char siu and 1/2 siu yok roasted pork with rice with the ginger/spring onion sauce and it’s probably one of the best I’ve had in Hong Kong. They are particularly consistent which is really great. Also the staff are very helpful (if you don’t speak Chinese) and are very friendly! Go early before the lunch rush. They
