This Thai restaurant left me with mixed feelings. The views amd food are nice, but not nice enough to worth the price nor Michelin. The starters were the highlight of the meal, but the main dishes were a bit of a letdown. While the food was quite nice and delicate with Thai flavors, the taste in some dishes was too strong and intense. The chief could not handle the flavors well, and the intensity was way off the chart for all four main dishes - not just chili, which I like and am okay with, but

The starters were the highlight of the meal, but the main dishes were a bit of a letdown. While the food was quite nice and delicate with Thai flavors, the taste in some dishes was too strong and intense.
The chief could not handle the flavors well, and the intensity was way off the chart for all four main dishes - not just chili, which I like and am okay with, but also the sourness and the use of herbs.
The biggest issue I had with this restaurant was the grossly overpriced menu. The lunch tasting menu was priced at around $488 per person - which is okay for Michelin restaurant in general bit not this one, as I found it to be exorbitant for the food they serve. On top of that they charge $30 each for water. The portion sizes were also quite small, which left me feeling unsatisfied.
To top it all off, the staff made us feel unwelcome. We had made a reservation for an indoor table, but when we arrived, we were informed that they were filming and could only offer us a terrace table. The staff were not very friendly, which made the whole experience quite unpleasant.
The terrace view is alright, though.
Overall, while the food was okay, the high prices, small portions, and unwelcoming staff left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dining experience.
