𝗚𝗮𝘄’𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮 ($𝟭𝟱𝟴) - inspired by the classic Filipino dish Sisig, the Gaw’s version is made with chicken liver and tagliatelle pasta, which beautifully soaked up the paté sauce with a hint of citrusy flavour. Topped with crunchy pork crackling that adds extra texture.

𝗖𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 ($𝟯𝟴) - a low-carb alternative to regular white rice that is packed with garlic flavour. Goes well with any side dish.

𝗨𝗯𝗲 𝗜𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵 ($𝟱𝟴) - a must-order item! This glorious combination will definitely blow your mind. The ube ice cream was incredibly creamy with rich taro flavour, sandwiched between a pandan Filipino bread that is lightly toasted, super soft and buttery.
