A cosy, cafe-like restaurant located in the Wan Chai neighborhood. First time trying Filipino cuisine and I'm sure it won't be the last.😋𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 ($𝟭𝟳𝟴) - the rigatoni pasta was perfectly al dente and soaked up the creamy spicy tomato sauce very well. The tiger prawns were also cooked to perfection. Fresh, tender and immersed with incredible flavour.𝗚𝗮𝘄’𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮 ($𝟭𝟱𝟴) - inspired by the classic Filipino dish Sisig, the Gaw’s version is made with chicken liver and tagliatelle pasta,
