On that date, there was only 3 tables of customers. Each table was assigned a chef to served for the whole meal. The quality of the Japan Wagyu was fantastic. How lucky am I to get a table from Sukiyaki Mori 😍😍🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️ This restaurant just became one of my fav sukiyaki restaurants in HK! On that date, there was only 3 tables of customers. Each table was assigned a chef to served for the whole meal. The quality of the Japan Wagyu was fantastic. It was tender and melts in your mouth directly. The flavour of beef is very strong as well! Together with the raw egg it is smooth like silk! One of the best in town!

The chef was also very professional as well. He would explain to us the characteristic of the cut while cooking. Then he will wait for us to finish before cooking the next slice of Wagyu.

Make sure you make a reservation a month in advance if you would like to sit on bar table.
