Finally I have been able to find a decent neapolitan pizza restaurant in Hong Kong, this is probably as close as you're going o get in Asia! The base was chewy and and thick in the right places and also thin where it should be... usually the most difficult part. The tomato sauce was well balanced... sweet, fresh and flavoursome without being too thick or acidic. Wines / dessert were ok. Like most western food in Hong Kong, the price is high for what you get... but if you're craving decent pizza then this place is worth it.
