Semi-buffet lunch ($428) includes daily soup, a main of your choice and buffet style appetisers, salads and desserts. The soup of the day was lobster bisque that was rich flavoured but a bit too salty to my liking.

For the buffet part, there was a decent assortment of cold cuts and cheese and a couple of salad choices, as well as desserts from cakes, cookies to macarons. My favourites got to be (a) jellyfish salad and kimchi and (b) tortilla chips with avocado dip though. I’m not a big fan of desserts so I definitely wish they would offer more varieties of fresh fruit (it was strawberries and blueberries that day).

Mains took some time to arrive. My friend got pork loin which was kind of dry and disappointing, but my lamb rack was delicious.

Overall the food was pretty good though nothing extraordinary. The view was of course beautiful and Instag worthy 📸
