RubyTuesday 新menu10安士封門牛柳(四成熟)牛柳用左蒜蓉牛油汁所以面頭有蒜蓉 非常之搭而且廚師火侯控制得好好四成熟係無over 牛柳有肉味而且夠淋 加埋火箭草中和返牛柳嘅油膩感 今次個新menu意外地好食👍🏻經典燒排骨可以講係RubyTuesday 名物由一開始 香港未興慢煮呢個概念RT一直都用緊呢個方法煮ribs慢煮保留到Ribs嘅肉汁 仲可以拎韌韌嘅肉質變淋香煎三文魚扒配意大利飯全熟嘅三文魚雖然有啲乾但魚皮煎得香脆蘑菇意大利飯煮嘅時間控制得宜唔會太硬 Chill of the day關係叫左一jar cocktail :red sangria jug入面有青紅蘋果青檸橙酒味比我想像中重有member半價咁食 其實都幾抵食😋
