呀CA* 昨晚有幸出席商台舉辦的《一圈圈星味食堂》, 與節目主持梁泰來及C All Star 一齊試食意大利菜!試食的餐廳是:Amico Italian Wine Bar & Restaurant 位於 尖沙咀諾士佛臺1號7樓 ,交通很方便呢=] 那裡的裝修、氣氛都很有格調! 當日的餐牌, 是一個 5-Courses Menu (價值HK$1196 /2位)!真心覺得自己幸運, 可以食到Fine Dining! 首先,第一道菜: Scallop tartare “Amico”style 中文是:帶子“他他“有2種醬配味,啡色是龍蝦汁,綠色是pesto 味!帶子好鮮甜同清新,配合醬汁就更加顯出帶子鮮味! 第2道:Potato Soup with truffle scent,poached quail egg and duck leg confit bruschetta 中文:薯仔松露湯伴鵪鶉蛋及鴨腿醬多士很喜歡,薯仔味很濃郁!遠處都聞到香味! 鴨腿醬多士超好味! 碗湯不算太多,但份量剛剛好! 因為薯仔湯太多的話會很快飽! 第3道:Baked home-made tagliolini wi

很喜歡,薯仔味很濃郁!遠處都聞到香味! 鴨腿醬多士超好味! 碗湯不算太多,但份量剛剛好! 因為薯仔湯太多的話會很快飽!

可以用個"正"來形容,十個喜歡!! 它的面是很脆的,但入面的闊條麵很有口感, 不會太林,亦不會太硬,很彈牙!
芝士味很濃、很香!份量亦剛好!

Main course 來了, 有檸檬味,不會太over,調較得很好! 另外,魚是剛熟的,魚皮是脆的,很perfect很入味!

我試了少少,一向不喜愛吃羊的我, 今次都覺得ok! 因為這道菜一點"酥"味都沒有! 羊很軟很嫩,黑松露汁不會太多,不會遮掩羊的新鮮,入口亦不會太"漏"!

Dessert 來了!超超超喜歡個雪糕! 有酒味的,而且入口即溶!配合Strawberry,blue berry 都很適合, 甜上心頭呢!!
而餐廳一直都有提供香檳,我很享受地飲呢!
很滿意今次的安排,服務、禮貌都很好! 如果大家想試試 Fine Dining, 不妨考慮一下Amico Italian Wine Bar & Restaurant, 它是一個不錯的選擇!
