First class duck breast, without doubt.Ordered the roasted duck breast with potato mash set, $58.Duck breast is great. It is juicy, well marinated and packed with flavours. The layer of skin is crispy, fatty and honey-flavoured, coupled with the red wine sauce, it just makes the duck breast tastes heavenly.I would like to have the potato mash more buttery though. It is a bit bland now but it is fine after soaking the sauce. I am willing to pay a hundred dollars just for the duck breast. Will try

Ordered the roasted duck breast with potato mash set, $58.

Duck breast is great. It is juicy, well marinated and packed with flavours. The layer of skin is crispy, fatty and honey-flavoured, coupled with the red wine sauce, it just makes the duck breast tastes heavenly.

I would like to have the potato mash more buttery though. It is a bit bland now but it is fine after soaking the sauce. 

I am willing to pay a hundred dollars just for the duck breast. Will try other stuff next time, they look great too.
