Just got back from my Japan trip, but still couldn’t get enough of ramen! So the first meal back to hk airport is still ramen!Ordered a Pork and Chicken Ramen, the charsiu was up to standard but nothing wow, however the deep-fried chicken was unexpectedly good! The tonkotsu was not as rich as some of the Tokyo classics but still ok.Also ordered a few Gyoza to fill up the appetite, it was hot and crispy, but still at the acceptable level.
