2. Abalone and chicken ‘stone’ port: the ingredients are not fresh. Abalone is fishy. Chicken is not rough and chewy. The picture is our leftover. The worst abalone I’d by far.
3. Standard size roasted goose: again, to our surprise, salty and not appealing. No one is fighting for the goose meat. Marginal performance.
4. Last dish was a starter, about 8 slice of pumpkin pairing of sweet & sour plum to stimulate your appetite. Good choice.
Oops! Nearly forgot the fried rice, the top line dish on the menu under ‘Rice’ category. No need to order.
Per head fee: HK$430/
Apart from the food quality, it’s a quiet and ambience environment for dinning. Easy to locate and quick access to MTR. The rest is so-so; worth for a visit? Hmmm... there are many choices in Central.
