Was told that the new one at Star Street will focus on fine foods while the old shop at Fenwick Pier will be focusing on casual food. I'm not sure how that categorization worked but certainly I liked the old better than the new. I started with a burata salad, the burata was creamy and rich and the hint of pesto makes this quite an amazing dish. We also had some clams in white wine sauce, which I thought was okay but not great. Then I had a steak tartare with black truffles, although I must say that the amount of black truffles given was very generous, but I thought more flavors could be added to the dish. Finished off with a thin crust pizza which was very crisy, probably the best pizza in HK in my opinion. I enjoyed my night!
