first time visiting their new shop. seating is much much more comfortable and spacious with air conditioning. quality of the hand made noodles were okay today but the noodles were all tangled up in the bowl. texture was bouncy and smooth. ..the beef was standard but the soup tasted amazing. an intense beef flavour that went very well with the vinegar and chilly oil provided on the table. i should have got the free upsize on the noodlea because the standard portion was not enough for lunch.
