This is the first time in my life eating opera cake - so the I can't really compare the taste of the cake to the other cake shops!But as a coffee & chocolate lover - I can only say that I'm in love with this cake.The sweet, smooth taste of coffee swirls around my mouth so nicely that I can't stop eating it.The layers are divided nicely!As I've read the comments of people on the Mandarin Cake Shop of the Opera Cake,I know that the crust should be crispy...But the crust here is not crispy, it's ju

The layers are divided nicely!

As I've read the comments of people on the Mandarin Cake Shop of the Opera Cake,
I know that the crust should be crispy...
But the crust here is not crispy, it's just of a hard sponge...
Overall it tastes quite well...
I'm looking forward to taste the Opera Cake of Mandarin though!

The fact that this cake costs $43 compared to that of Mandarin which costs only $39,
I think it's a bit over priced though...
