2月29日四年才有一次,這一晚要吃好一點,跟蝦子餅去試試觀塘的Fish & Chick Plus,看看跟西環的Fish & Chick有甚麼不同。點了一客冬日二人套餐。先來兩杯檸檬紅茶。頭盤有兩款,分別是炸鮮蘑菇沙律和炸蟹肉球沙律,兩款看來很像。這是炸鮮蘑菇沙律,炸鮮蘑菇的味道不錯,可惜沙律菜有點銹。這是炸蟹肉球沙律。炸蟹肉球真材實料,有很多蟹肉,味道也不錯。開心分享小食加了20元要白酒汁煮鮮蜆,鮮蜆細細隻脹卜卜,很鮮味,不過白酒汁尚有進步空間。之前在西環的Fish & Chick吃過的炸魚薯條給蝦子餅和我留下非常好的印象,觀塘新店的出品也沒有叫我們失望。一直沒有機會試Fish & Chick的烤雞,這晚終於有機會了。半隻烤雞配甜粟米可說是我這晚最期待的菜式,烤雞超水準,肉汁非常豐富,醃得很入味,配菜甜粟米也很好吃。最後要選甜品,加了45元要超脆蘋果撻配雪糕,蘋果撻的酥皮底真的脆得很,雪糕旁放了餅乾碎,令整客甜品的口感更加豐富。不用加錢的甜品就只有檸檬罌粟籽蛋糕,準備時間比蘋果撻還要長,暖暖的蛋糕帶著淡淡的檸檬香味,驚喜之作。平日去觀塘多數去aPM或是駱駝漆,原來aPM旁邊的1亞太中心
