An expensive Burger experience with familiar fast food failings. Fries not included in order despite confirming 3 or 4 times and then the BLT missing a topping which we only found about afterwards. The food is good, I think you just expect a solid all round experience where they don't mess up your order at that price. Apologised for missing the fries, told to wait another 5 minutes whilst the already cooked food went cold then paid the further $100 for two regular fries. They missed an opportuni

The food is good, I think you just expect a solid all round experience where they don't mess up your order at that price. They missed an opportunity to rectify satisfactorily
