Came here in the afternoon on a weekday, and the choice of pastries available are very limited. Was wanting to try their signature canele too, but it was sold out.😢Plumcot's croissant is amazing! As you can see from the photo, it got a 💯 honeycomb cross- section. I reheated it with an oven at home, which gave me a croissant with warm + soft + buttery interior and a flaky exterior! The croissant was sooo goood and I'm definitely coming back to try out their other products!
