Don't usually like ramen but this restaurant changed my mind. It's flavorful without being heavy handed. I forget if what I ordered was a pork neck or pork belly but it was so soft and tender. the noodles were also cooked just right, but you can specify how cooked you want it to be. order a side of soft boiled egg to complement your dish.One bowl is too much for one person to finish, but we found that it is too little for two people to share.
