There were six large brisket pieces served in a pan with a plate of rice with mushroom. The standard of brisket was cooked conventionally with red wine, tomato, carrot and subtle spices, taste like Cha Chaan Teng while seasoned rice was more attractive to me because of the balanced of saltiness and the flavour a bit dri
