The egg benedict steals my heart - the poached egg was cooked perfectly (look at that runny yolk)! The soup of the day was french onion soup and I love how it was well- seasoned and not too salty (my past experiences of french onion soup have always been bad as I always got salty af soup that give me kidney problem haha). AND the paired brioche was defo the highlight of the soup, it's so BUTTERY and SOFT (as a bread lover, I'm giving it a 💯)!
Among the 3 pairing fermented drinks, I love the guava/ baby carrot/ greentea one most. So refreshing and greatly balance out the heavy scottish chicken egg!
