自從搬離了新蒲崗地舖跑到了Food Court落腳,私房菜的客人也減少了,從前未有緣一試今天總算可以大飽口福。味道由先清後濃而上,師傅心思亦可見一二,這份椰青煮花甲是甜上加甜,再帶點淡淡香茅的清香,絕妙的配合越南庶糖醃燒鵪鶉,味道偏甜,不過可能就是越南庶糖的特色對藍青口一直都有鍾情的感覺,今日以酸子汁煮,又有驚喜喔椒蒜虎蝦味道算不錯,但是有點過火,希望下次有改善北越椰青焞膏蟹的蟹湯是精華所在,亦是不能錯過的一道菜式炸越式扎肉檬粉,湯粉在場也不少捧場客以豬耳混合製成的扎肉多了一份咬口唯一是場地問題,必須預定
