To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺希慎廣場個food court嗰度兜咗一圈,見到呢間都好多人排隊,冇得去台灣都想食下台灣嘢食,就諗住試吓啦!排隊真係排長龍咁,同埋等嘢食都等咗15分鐘。我就嗌咗一個百芳牛肉麵,台灣嘅紅燒牛肉麵真係我嘅最愛,呢間啲牛肉麵食完都會諗翻起台灣嘅味道,上面仲有蘿蔔、白蘿蔔同埋滷蛋,非常足料,同埋呢一間值得稱讚嘅係,牛肉夠足料,同埋食落口感啱啱好。食台灣野點少得手搖飲品,叫咗一杯珍珠奶茶,珍珠好多好多,但係冰都好多,奶茶都OK。整體來講都唔會太貴。
