To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期在希慎逛街,晚飯時間因為需要等店舖取貨的關係,於是便直接上樓上的美食廣場,留意到這一間處於角落,但是客人不少的台灣餐廳,很久沒有吃過台灣菜的我便決定一試紅燒牛丸牛筋面配炸花枝丸,他們非常貼心地提供套餐,包括小食和飲品 先說牛丸非常值得推薦,彈牙爽口有肉汁,一粒值得稱讚的牛丸的優點全部齊集,另外牛筋同樣香滑軟熟,另外麵質雖然沒有什麼過人之處,但是份量之多,即使是一個大男人吃一碗麵也絕對足夠,另外炸花枝丸同樣香脆可口,和牛丸不相伯仲飲品點了芝士奶蓋茉莉綠茶,綠茶茶底香濃,配搭濃郁的芝士奶蓋,也是一杯非常不錯的手搖飲品
