First of all we didn't order traditional German food. No pork hock, or wvrst, or sauerkraut. We didn't order any beer. Looking at the menu, it had a good selection of beer but less than what I would expect from a beer hall.

We came here for the set lunch. It came with a choice of daily soup or salad, an app, a main, and coffee/tea. Value wise it wasn't bad.

The green pea soup was good. The garden salad was also simple and fresh, the dressing was just right. We ordered a salmon tartar as app, it was good as well.

For our mains, we ordered a burger patty that came with mashed potatoes, and ham and cheese spaetzle. The burger patty wasn't 100% beef and you could taste breadcrumbs in it. The spaetzle was very mushy and overcooked. The cheese was just way too strong. I looked at the food and said it looked like we were having TV dinner. The burger patty was Hungry man and the ham and cheese spaetzle was Kraft Dinner Mac & cheese.

It was still a good valuable lunch. And the coffee was very good (for those who like dripped coffee).
